When you’re dehydrated, your skin shows early signs of aging. No amount of niacinamide can make up for a lack of water in your system, so start drinking up. Water is also great in flushing out toxins that might be showing up on your skin in the form of blemishes and unexplained skin diseases.
Water might just be the cheapest, most accessible, and most natural way to give your skin some boost, so take advantage of it every chance you get.
Fruits, Especially Avocados
