Choosing Stickers For Clothing

Choosing stickers is not as simple as you might think. You can’t just place any sticker on any garment and expect it to look good. There are certain considerations that need to be made before you can easily choose the right sticker for clothing.

Fabric:  The fabric is one of the most important factors in choosing a sticker for clothing. It determines how durable the sticker will be, how easy it will be to apply, and whether it will come off easily if you decide you don’t like it anymore. Some fabrics require special types of glue that won’t damage them in the process of application or removal. While others can be glued with normal adhesive but might not last as long as expected due to wear and tear over time.

Size:  The size of your garment will determine what type of sticker would work best on it. If you want something small and discreet then you might want to stick with a circular shape instead of a square one or vice versa depending on where exactly you want it placed on your garment. Rectangular stickers tend to be easier to place and remove than circular ones because they don’t have any corners that could get caught on anything else.

Choose an adhesive that will last. If you have ever tried to remove a sticker from something before, this may seem like common sense advice, but it is important if you want your design to last as long as possible. If you use an adhesive that does not stick well, then it may fall off or come off easily when someone tries to remove it from their clothing. This could ruin any designs that you have created with this type of adhesive, since they were not designed to last long enough for people to wear them out in public without damaging them in any way possible.

Temporary stickers – These stickers are made of vinyl and come in many different colors. They are easy to remove and typically last about 2 weeks before they begin to peel off on their own. Temporary stickers are ideal if you want something temporary or if you aren’t sure how long the trend will last before it goes out of style. You can also purchase decals instead of stick-on letters or numbers so that they are easier to apply but still removable if necessary.

Permanent stickers – If you want something that’s going to stay put for good, permanent stickers may be what you’re looking for. These will last longer than temporary stickers and won’t have any problems staying stuck onto your clothing throughout its life span (or until you decide to take them off). Permanent stickers often come in different shapes such as hearts and stars as well as letters and numbers that make up words
